AUDIT MANAGEMENT
SHAREQUALITY manages the complete audit record form throughout its lifecycle from initial creation to final signoff. Past audit reports and history and status of all previous audit and CA/PA findings are associated and available for review. Audit checklists and all associated documentation can also be accessed as required.
A full audit trail is therefore created as part of the creation of the audit report. Both non conformances and opportunities for improvement are able to be generated, unique forms created for each outcome and the audit report agreed and tracked to successful conclusion by SHAREQUALITY.
SHAREQUALITY also enables management of the status of each audit action from when it is raised until close out and ensures the Compliance Management System is properly maintained, managed and actions are not allowed to remain pending indefinately.
It therefore provides a closed loop system from scheduling, through planning, conducting and following up of audits to sign off and closure in a manner that fully supports organisational-wide compliance.
